The approved development project is located in a popular and well-established residential area in Vienna’s 23rd district, Liesing. It’s no coincidence that this part of the district is one of the most sought-after areas in southwest Vienna: urban infrastructure, charming traditional wine taverns (Heurigen) and extensive green spaces with numerous natural waterways all contribute to its appeal.
The “Siebenhirten” U6 subway station is only a 5-minute walk away, and the property is also easily accessible by car. All essential shops are located nearby, with schools, kindergartens and medical facilities within minutes.
DWK Xi Entwicklungs- und ErrichtungsgmbH owns the project site, which measures approximately 3,522 sqm. The buildings meet all the requirements of a low-energy house. A heat pump system and photovoltaic-equipped rooftops ensure a climate-friendly energy supply for both heating and cooling. An ÖGNI Gold certification is planned for the project.
The approved development will be sold either as an asset or as a share deal. Payment will be made according to the progress of the construction phases.
