The project is located in a popular and well-established residential area in the Simmering district of Vienna, on Leberweg. The quiet residential area is surrounded by extensive green spaces and is well connected to public transport with a tram stop directly in front of the development. The property is also easily accessible by private transport. Schools, kindergartens, doctors and all essential daily amenities are only a few minutes away.

Lichnowskygasse EZ 2905 GmbH & Co KG, a project company of DWK Die Wohnkompanie GmbH, is the owner of the 9,606 sqm project site. The planned residential project consists of ten above-ground residential buildings and a connected basement. The 4-storey buildings (ground floor to 2nd floor) will contain 129 residential units with a rental area of approximately 10,288 m². The underground car park will provide 91 parking spaces. The residential buildings will meet low energy building standards and comply with the EU Climate Change Taxonomy Regulation (providing the opportunity to demonstrate environmentally sustainable economic activity in accordance with Article 8).

The project will be sold as an asset deal. Payment will be made in stages as the project progresses. The final building permit is expected to be issued by the end of Q2 2025.
