The project is located in a popular and well-established residential area in Vienna’s 11th district, Simmering, at Lichnowskygasse 26. The quiet residential area is surrounded by large green spaces and is very well connected to public transport, with a tram station situated directly in front of the development. The property is also easily accessible by car. Schools, kindergartens, medical facilities and all essential shops are just minutes away.

Lichnowskygasse EZ 2905 GmbH & Co KG, a project company of DWK Die Wohnkompanie GmbH, owns the 9,529 m² site. The planned residential development consists of ten above-ground apartment buildings and a common underground level. The four-storey buildings (ground floor to 2nd upper floor) will comprise 150 residential units with approximately 10,280 m² of rental space. The underground car park will provide 87 parking spaces. The buildings will meet the requirements for low energy building envelopes and will comply with the EU Climate Change Taxonomy Regulation (with the possibility of demonstrating environmentally sustainable operations in accordance with Article 8). ÖGNI Gold certification can be achieved upon request.

The project will be sold as an asset deal. Payment will be made progressively as the project progresses. Planning permission has been granted and is expected to be finalised shortly.
