Schöpfleuthnergasse

Construction work on the residential building at Schöpfleuthnergasse 25 began in November 2020. 155 2- to 4-room flats, an indoor children’s and youth playground and ground-level bicycle parking spaces are now located on a usable living space of 7,450 m². The energy supply is provided by district heating.

The public infrastructure, local amenities and educational facilities are excellent. All shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity of the new residential area, Floridsdorf railway station and the U6 underground line are just 150 metres away, and the Alte Donau and Krankenhaus Nord hospitals are within easy reach.

The entire project was successfully sold to a global investor shortly after the start of construction.
