Construction of the residential project at Erich-Sokol-Gasse 19 in Vienna’s Favoriten district began in spring 2022. The development offers 59 2- to 4-room apartments across 3.745 m² of residential space, along with 36 parking spaces in the building’s underground garage. Heating is provided through district heating.
The area offers excellent public infrastructure, local amenities, and educational facilities, with easy access to public transportation via the U1 station “Altes Landgut.” The Favoriten ring road is just a short drive away and both the Oberlaa Thermal Baths and the Laaerberg recreational area are nearby.
The entire project was successfully sold to a global investor shortly after construction began.
