Schöpf Residences (Schöpfleuthnergasse 25)

Construction of the residential building at Schöpfleuthnergasse 25 began in November 2020. Today, the project comprises 155 well-designed 2- to 4-room apartments, an indoor playground for children and teenagers, and ground-level bicycle parking – all on 7,450 m² of usable living space. The building is supplied with energy via district heating.

The location offers excellent public infrastructure, local amenities, and educational facilities. Shops for daily needs are just around the corner, while Floridsdorf train station and the U6 underground line are only 150 m away. Alte Donau and Krankenhaus Nord are also within easy reach.

The entire project was successfully sold to a global investor shortly after construction began.
