In spring 2022, work began on the residential project at Erich-Sokol-Gasse 19 in Vienna’s Favoriten district. The development now comprises 59 modern 2- to 4-room apartments totaling 3,745 m² of living space, along with 36 parking spots in the underground garage. The building is heated via district heating.
The location offers excellent public infrastructure, nearby amenities, and educational facilities. The U1 subway station “Altes Landgut” is within easy walking distance, and the Favoriten traffic circle can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Leisure options such as the Oberlaa Thermal Baths and Laaerberg recreational area are also close by.
The entire project was successfully sold to a global investor shortly after work began.
